Q: Is ElfBot just a PvP bot, or really also a cavebot?
A: Yes it is. Despite being originally known for being only a war bot, it is now also a fully featured and powerful cavebot.
Q: ElfBot says that my key is expired? What should I do?
A: You need to go to the Automated Recovery System and request a new key for your computer because keys are only made to last for a month.
Q: Can ElfBot be used in combination with other bots?
A: Yes it can. Sometimes you might need to load the other tool before or after loading ElfBot, though.
Q: I can't save my settings, or my bot keeps asking me for a key! What's going on?
A: If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you need to run both the bot and the Tibia client with administrator priviledges or to disable UAC (User-Access-Control). You can find information on doing either of those on google.
Q: I am not receiving e-mails with keys. What should I do?
A: Your e-mail provider has possibly blocked e-mails originating from our host, treating them as spam. You will have to contact them and ask to resolve the issue because we can't force them to stop rejecting our e-mails. We suggest that you register your product with a reliable e-mail provider such as Hotmail or Gmail to avoid this issue.
